Finishing up memorizing the last movement of Bach’s Partita No. 1 in B Minor (memorization is good brain fitness)

Looking forward to recording Tiny Corrections for string quartet and voice and working on my next composition
Preparing my talk for the Country Music Hall of Fame ….eeek public speaking!
I’ve now done 19 reiki sessions for friends and family, look forward to growing my experience and helping more people

This month I’m dedicating to getting back in control of the chronic pain I have always had in my violin arm. For me this means I created a weekly plan that includes daily exercise, meditations (insight timer is a lifesaving app), PT, shoulder opening stretches and best of all: epsom salt baths and professional body work.
